A trained artist, biologist & science teacher, Cat found face-painting when teaching in a UK Zoo. She started this business in 2006.
Now she is employed by air shows, music festivals, zoos, car dealers, councils, P.R. Agencies, Wildlife Trusts, weddings, private balls & parties, for 10 to 100,000 people!
Lead artist at the Hong Kong Rugby 7′s, considered the World’s Premiere sporting event.
Cat writes, runs a help page & paints faces for international websites, Face Paint UK, the FACE Association magazine, Brushstrokes Online Magazine, and in Illusion Magazine galleries.
Her 1st UK Convention, 2005 won Fancy Dress & Face comp as a fairy – it is now her uniform!
2007 5th in the World Face Painting Awards, in Seeboden, Austria.
Won UK Professional Face Painter of the Year at 2007 Convention.
2008 Won Semi-pro @ Welsh Body Painting Festival, and Face at UK Body Paint Festival.
Ran workshops in NZ and teaches in UK face & body conventions. (Also gives private lessons.)
2009: UK rep in a 15 nation, 10 day body paint comp in Shanghai. Won Silver in Face.
2010 Pro Face painters voted Cat’s entry winner of the FACE association Myths comp & Won the Welsh Freehand Glitter Tattoo Competition.
Since spring 2010 Cat has been the resident face painter at Bewilderwood, one of the Uk’s top family outdoor attractions.
2011 – Demo’d body painting both days of London IMATS on the Illusion Magazine stall, who also printed 3 page article on Cats Glitter Body Tattoos. Won the Phizzog Art Trienniel Pro Body Paint comp.
2012 Won ‘Body Factory’ Body Painter of the Year.
